Thursday, November 10, 7pm.
Someone go tell John Waters that over at Camp Casey, three block from where he'll be speaking at the Fine Arts Center,
hopefully about his early work like "Female Trouble" to the comfy-class assembled to hear him,
we'll be doing our bit for fun and frivolity.
We'll be honoring the 50th anniversary of Allen Ginsberg's HOWL with a public reading around the campfire.
We will pass around Eric's vintage Pocket Poet edition, each person reading a passage,
keeping in mind that Ginsberg and crew fought obscenity charges for said passages, and we'll see where the evening takes us.
